WHAT TO PACK

You’ll want to be comfortable for the trip to and from Scottsdale and for most of the time you’re there. Sundresses, shorts, linen fabrics, t-shirts and jeans, sneakers, sandals, and a light-weight jacket are staples for this trip.
You’ll also want to pack appropriately for whichever activity you have selected. Oh, and don’t forget your bathing suit!
Dust off your Western best for an evening of smoky BBQ and boot-stompin’ fun!
For the Fellas: Throw on your trusty jeans, a plaid or snap-button shirt, and don’t forget your cowboy boots… if you’ve got ‘em. A belt with a big buckle and a well-worn hat will have you lookin’ sharp and dance-floor ready.
For the Ladies: Rock a denim skirt or jeans with a fringe top or a flowy dress with some Western flair. Pair it with your favorite cowgirl boots and a dash of turquoise or a bandana for that extra country charm.
Pro Tip: Comfort’s key when you’re two-steppin’, so make sure your boots are made for dancin’!

Our Awards Night Reception and
Dinner is Formal (Black Tie).
We look forward to seeing you in your most refined attire.
Gentlemen, be sure to note if you will need a tuxedo rental when you register.

AWARDS RECEPTION & DINNER
For the welcome reception, the dress code is casual chic — for ladies this could be dressy jeans with a blouse, sundress, skirt and nice sandals. For men, light fabric slacks with button down shirts or knit, short sleeved shirts would work well.
